IUNVA Post 29 Carlow Secretary John Kelly was instrumental in organising the families and the presentation of the certificates at Eire Og.
We thank all our Veterans for attending and making the evening a great success and a big thank you to those family members who attended to accept the certificates
IUNVA Post 29 Member Joe Doyle accepted the certificate on behalf of Ger Nolan and was delighted to accept the certificate and thanked everyone involved
Susan Glasheen the wife of the late Simon Glasheen and her Daughter Rosie Moore accepted the certificate on behalf of Simon and like Joe they were delighted with the presentation
After the presentation all in attendance were invited to refreshments at the club where everyone got together to chat and remember those who have since passed and the families swapped stories with the veterans
