IUNVA Post 29 Carlow held their Annual General Meeting at the Orchard Bar & Restaurant Newpark Kilkenny recently.
There was a good attendance at the AGM
After a minutes silence for all those from Post 29 Carlow who have passed and for family and friends who have passed away over the last year, a thought for those who are sick and in Hospital were remembered in our prayers.
The outgoing Chairman Dan Carroll welcomed everyone and gave his address to the meeting, thanking everyone for their attendances at meetings and the great work carried out throughout 2023.
The outgoing Secretary John Kelly gave his address and an overall account of the Post’s work throughout the year and thanked all for their support at the many events and meetings during 2023
The Chairman Dan Carroll made a presentation to John (Gus) Hennessy and Paddy Horahan on behalf of the members of IUNVA Post 29 Carlow for their contributions to the post
