The IUNVA Annual Wreath-Laying Ceremony took place at the UN Memorial Garden IUNVA HQ Arbour House Mount Temple Road in Dublin on Sunday 11th June 2023
In memory of the 97 members of the Defence Forces, An Garda Siochana and Civilian Personnel, who died while serving on UN Peacekeeping missions throughout the World
Many of the families of the deceased were in attendance along with the Chief of Staff, Lord Mayor and dignitaries.
Members of IUNVA from various Posts around the country were in attendance
Credit to IUNVA Post 1 and its members for the very professional manner in the way they smoothly ran the day’s event and not forgetting all the ladies who worked hard in the background, in providing refreshments which added to the success of the occasion
